Tom Scott

Tom brings more than 25 years of experience across real estate investment, banking, and brokerage. Throughout his career, he has partnered with institutions and private investors to strategically grow portfolios through acquisitions, with a primary focus on multifamily and commercial real estate. He began his career in 2002 in commercial real estate lending, navigating the market through the lead-up to the Global Financial Crisis. Following this period, Thomas transitioned to the principal investment side of the business, where he specialized in acquiring and financing non-performing loans and bank-owned multifamily and commercial real estate assets for a private investment group.

Tom went on to serve as Chief Financial Officer of a national multifamily operator, where he oversaw all aspects of capital raising and financial strategy for the company’s expansion. Today, he focuses on advising and executing acquisitions of apartment buildings and multifamily communities across the United States, serving both private and institutional investors. His deep industry knowledge, transaction expertise, and long-standing relationships allow him to identify opportunities that deliver sustainable value and growth for his clients. Tom holds a BS from Cornell University and a MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.  Tom is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in NY FL TX MA GA CA and CO.
