Gian Carlos is a seasoned property accountant with over 25 years of experience spanning architecture, construction, mining, and real estate. His sharp eye for financial detail and strategic insight allows him to manage complex financial portfolios and optimize budgets.

Before joining Spirit Investment Partners, he was a Senior Accountant at Grupo Eleta and Financial Controller at PowerChina Ltd. His prior roles include Management Accountant for Minera Panama, a $10 billion copper mine, and Auditor for the Panama Canal expansion project.

Gian Carlos earned his CPA degree from the University of Panama and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Senior Management from the University del Istmo. His diverse background and expertise deliver tailored financial solutions to the property sector.
